VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZES AWARDED. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the NBA SGP/SGP+ Bet & Get promotion (the “Promotion”) where participants who place a cumulative total of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) or more in Same Game Parlay or Same Game Parlay Plus wagers, consisting of three (3) legs or more on Eligible Games (as defined below) will receive Ten Dollars ($10) in bonus bets, available for use only on the FanDuel Sportsbook (“Sportsbook Bonus Bet”), regardless of if their Eligible Wager(s) win(s) or lose(s). Participants will also receive One (1) Entry (as defined below) into the Drawing (as defined below) once the participant meets the requirements subject to the terms herein.
The Promotion is sponsored by Betfair Interactive US, LLC (“FanDuel” or the “Sponsor”), located at 6701 Center Drive West, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Promotion Bonus (defined below) is issued to upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Terms and Conditions”. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically present in Massachusetts, North Carolina, or Ohio during the Promotion Period. If your social security number is associated with another FanDuel Account (as defined below) in Sponsor's database, you may only earn one Promotion Bonus in respect of all such FanDuel Accounts under this Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus. Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.
4. Action Required
Eligible Wager: You must opt-in to participate in this Promotion. After opting-in to the Promotion, in order to qualify for the Wager Bonus (as defined below), you must use your FanDuel Account (as defined below) to place Same Game Parlay and/or Same Game Parlay Plus Wagers, consisting of three (3) legs or more, adding up to a cumulative total of at least Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) in handle, on the FanDuel Sportsbook during the Promotion Period on Eligible Games (as defined in Section 10); provided that the final odds of such wager must be +400 or Longer (each, an “Eligible Wager” and collectively, the “Wager Requirements”). You may place as many Eligible Wagers as you wish in order to meet the Twenty-Five Dollar ($25) minimum. YourWay wagers that are Same Game Parlay or Same Game Parlay Plus wagers will not be deemed an Eligible Wager.
Store Credit Drawing Entry. There are two (2) methods of entry to receive an “Entry” into the Drawing (as defined below):
1) Wager Entry. Participants who successfully meet the Wager Requirements shall receive one (1) Entry into the Drawing. For the avoidance of doubt, a participant is limited to one (1) total Entry in the Drawing (as defined below) regardless of method of entry.
2) Alternate Method Entry. Alternatively, participants may enter the Drawing (as defined below) by filling out their registered FanDuel Account in the form at https://forms.gle/NwADM42frwPVjtEK7 (“Form”) following all instructions, and clicking the “Submit” button (“Alternate Wager Entry”). There is no fee associated with the Alternate Wager Entry. All entries submitted via Alternate Wager Entry must be submitted by 2:00AM ET on May 10th, 2024, in order to qualify as an eligible Entry. Limit of one (1) Alternate Wager Entry per participant (for the avoidance of doubt, a participant is limited to one (1) total entry in the Drawing (as defined below) regardless of method of Entry).
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Upon fulfilling the Wager Requirements, you will receive Sportsbook Bonus Bets equal to Ten Dollars ($10) regardless of if your Eligible Wager(s) win(s) or lose(s) (the “Wager Bonus”). If applicable, the Wager Bonus will be credited to your FanDuel Account (as defined below) within seventy-two (72) hours of the completion of the Promotion Period. Sportsbook Bonus Bets may be used to wager on any market in the FanDuel Sportsbook except for Round Robin and YourWay wagers. If a wager placed using a Sportsbook Bonus Bet wins, you will receive as withdrawable cash the winnings portion of such wager and will not receive the stake portion from such wager. The Wager Bonus can be found in the betslip window of your FanDuel Account (as defined below). You must manually select the Sportsbook Bonus Bet in the betslip window of your FanDuel Account (as defined below) in order to redeem the Wager Bonus.
Upon submitting an Eligible Wager or an eligible Alternate Wager Entry, participants will receive One (1) Entry into a random drawing (“Drawing”) for a chance to win Fifty Dollars ($50) in NBA Store credit (“Store Credit Bonus” and together with Wager Bonus, the “Promotion Bonus”). Limit of one (1) Entry per participant (for the avoidance of doubt, a participant is limited to one (1) total entry in the Drawing regardless of method of Entry).
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, on May 10th, 2024, the Drawing will randomly select One Hundred and Fifty (150) winners from all qualifying participants for the Store Credit Bonus (“Store Credit Winners”). At the conclusion of the Drawing, Store Credit Winners will be notified via email with instructions on how to redeem their Store Credit Bonus.
Any Store Credit Winners who fail to redeem the store credit code or are deemed unreachable (by Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion), will be disqualified as such Store Credit Winner and Sponsor will select a replacement Store Credit Winner from the remaining qualifying participants. Sponsor shall not be responsible for failed attempts to notify the Store Credit Winner and no responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any correspondence returned as undeliverable or any other problems associated with attempt(s) to notify the Store Credit Winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.
Promotion Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Promotion Bonus received, regardless of whether the Promotion Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
6. Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active FanDuel member account (“FanDuel Account”) and verify your identity in order to play on the FanDuel Sportsbook. Creating a FanDuel Account at www.fanduel.com or https://sportsbook.fanduel.com is free. By submitting your information and creating a FanDuel Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the FanDuel Privacy Policy and Terms (https: www.fanduel.com/privacy). If you do not agree to FanDuel’s Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a FanDuel Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the Eligibility Requirements in Section 3, FanDuel reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any wager placed prior to opting-in to the Promotion or after the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be deemed an Eligible Wager. Straight Wagers, multi-sport parlays, Same Game Parlay and Same Game Parlay Plus Wagers with a final price shorter than +400 and/or less than three legs will not be deemed an Eligible Wager and wagers that are settled using the “Cash Out” feature will not be deemed an Eligible Wager. Separately, wagers placed using site credits, bonus bets, or any bonus received from a separate Sponsor promotion, including without limitation the “$1,000 No-Sweat Bet” promotion, will not be deemed an Eligible Wager.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Sportsbook Bonus Bets must be manually selected in the betslip window of your FanDuel Account in order to be used before deposited funds when wagering.
10. Eligible Games
All NBA Playoff Games taking place from May 6th, 2024, through May 9th, 2024 (each, an “Eligible Game”).
11. Restrictions on Withdrawal
The Promotion Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Promotion Bonus is non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable. Any unused portion of the Promotion Bonus will be automatically withdrawn from your FanDuel Account seven (7) days after being credited to your FanDuel Account. Deposited funds that have not been played may be refunded at any time.
12. Complaints & Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at https://support.fanduel.com/s/. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any Promotion Bonus amount in your account may not be withdrawn.

14. Additional Terms
Administration: The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any FanDuel Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by the Sponsor’s own negligence. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates.
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
Dispute Resolution: You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Promotion, or these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the “Binding arbitration and class action waiver” Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use (https://www.fanduel.com/terms). This Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use requires you to resolve disputes by binding arbitration and you agree to waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Miscellaneous: No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
